Martina Fenech
CMA, LC, CR, RPYT, RM, IIM-C
Founder, CEO, and Director, Melodic Healings
Founder, Three Pillars Collective
Founder and Chair, Rise of Woman Foundation
Founder and Integrative Wellness Practitioner
Martina provides integrative, sound based, and nervous system focused care that supports regulation, clarity, and long term coherence. Her work bridges physical, emotional, and experiential layers, offering clients structured support for resilience, integration, and sustainable nervous system health beyond the session itself.
As the founder and clinical director of Melodic Healings, Martina oversees the Three Pillars model and its standards of care, ensuring thoughtful coordination between practitioners and alignment across services. Her work reflects a synthesis of somatic awareness, sound based modalities, and nervous system education, grounded in both professional experience and long term relational continuity with clients.
Sessions with Martina are calm, intentional, and paced to support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it. You will not be asked to perform, share more than you are comfortable with, or push through discomfort.
Most sessions involve a combination of sound, stillness, gentle guidance, and grounded presence. The work is designed to help your body settle, your breathing soften, and your system come out of stress or overdrive. Some people notice physical relaxation right away, while others experience emotional clarity, mental quiet, or a sense of feeling more like themselves again.
Each session is structured but responsive. Martina pays close attention to how your body and nervous system are responding in real time and adjusts accordingly. The focus is not on intensity, but on creating enough safety and steadiness for meaningful change to occur naturally.
Many clients leave feeling more grounded, emotionally steady, and clear headed. Over time, this work can help you respond to stress more easily, recover more quickly, and carry a greater sense of balance into daily life.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Guided by The Inner Instrument Method
with Martina
30 minutes, in person, $55This session is guided by The Inner Instrument Method, which treats the body as a responsive instrument, with the vagal nerve understood as a primary regulating pathway. Through live vocal sound, vibration, and steady pacing, the nervous system is gently supported in returning to its natural rhythm and balance.
In some sessions, reflexology may also be incorporated through the hands, feet, or scalp. These areas contain mapped reflex points connected to organ systems and meridian pathways. Gentle, intentional pressure is used to support circulation of energy, release held tension, and deepen the body’s ability to receive and integrate sound.
Sound and touch are not used to force change, but to invite the system into coherence. Together, resonance, vibration, and reflex-based input help the body retune itself, supporting regulation, clarity, and internal harmony.
This session is grounding, accessible, and adaptable, designed to meet the body where it is and support ease from within.
Available January 26 through March 6.

with Katte
30 minutes, virtual, $55This virtual session offers gentle, supportive nervous system care through breath awareness, simple movement cues, and steady pacing. Katte’s approach emphasizes safety, consent, and adaptability, meeting the body where it is without pushing or forcing change.
The session begins with a brief check in and observation of breath patterns, allowing space to notice how stress, tension, or overwhelm may be showing up in the body. One or two accessible breath or movement practices are then introduced to support regulation, grounding, and a greater sense of internal steadiness.
Rather than correcting or controlling the breath, this work invites awareness and ease, helping the nervous system settle and reconnect with a more natural rhythm. Clients leave with simple guidance they can return to in daily life.
This offering is gentle, accessible, and well suited for those new to virtual wellness support, as well as those seeking regulation and clarity from the comfort of home.
Available January 26 through March 6.

Three Pillars Collective offers integrative body-based and sound-supported sessions designed to promote nervous system regulation, structural balance, and emotional integration.
Sound and vibration influence the body through mechanical resonance and nervous system entrainment. Research supports the role of breath regulation and rhythmic stimulation in shifting the body from stress activation toward restorative states.
We do not diagnose disease through energetic testing or frequency scanning. We do not claim to extract toxins or clear pathology through non-validated devices. Our work is experiential, supportive, and grounded in physiology.
We believe clients deserve clarity about what is measurable, what is experiential, and what is complementary.
Our approach emphasizes education, consent, and self-regulation tools that can be integrated into daily life.
Concierge Wellness Visit
The Concierge Wellness Visit is a highly attentive, fully customized experience designed for individuals seeking a depth of care beyond standard session formats.
This offering allows time for meaningful conversation, assessment, and hands on support, guided by the combined training and certifications of Martina, Terah, and Katte. Care is shaped collaboratively and responsively, drawing from integrative practices that address the body, nervous system, and patterns of stress, fatigue, or imbalance as they present.
Each visit begins with a comprehensive intake and assessment, allowing space to understand current concerns, underlying contributors, and the way the body and nervous system are responding. This assessment may include discussion of focus, energy, stress load, sleep, immune resilience, and overall regulation. From there, care unfolds in real time rather than following a preset protocol, allowing layers to be addressed with continuity, precision, and respect for individual pacing.
Sessions may include hands-on bodywork, nervous system regulation, somatic and myofascial techniques, breath based practices, sound, subtle energy work, and consultative insight. Rather than focusing on a single modality, the visit is designed to integrate multiple forms of support in a way that feels cohesive and grounded.
As part of this visit, herbal support may be assessed and incorporated when appropriate. This may include guidance around herbal teas, botanical supplements, or nervous system supports aligned with the individual’s needs, such as attention, focus, immune support, or stress regulation. Any take-home support is offered as wellness education and general support, not as medical treatment.
Clients also receive a clear end of visit summary, outlining what was addressed during the session and any supportive practices or protocols discussed, allowing the experience to extend beyond the visit itself in a grounded and practical way.
The Concierge Wellness Visit is supported by a carefully curated environment designed to promote comfort, grounding, and integration. Supportive technologies, including Red Light Therapy and a PEMF grounding mat, are incorporated during these visits at no additional cost to enhance relaxation, circulation, and nervous system support. As this offering continues to evolve, additional restorative elements, including steam sauna, are being thoughtfully introduced as part of the experience.
Clients are provided with high quality, dedicated linens, including a robe and slippers, in accordance with our linen and hygiene standards. These are supplied to support privacy, warmth, and ease throughout the visit, allowing the body to remain settled and uninterrupted from arrival through completion.
This offering is intentionally limited and well suited for individuals navigating layered or complex concerns, those seeking collaborative or multi practitioner care, or clients looking for a comprehensive orientation to their body and support needs within a single, cohesive visit.
