Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Come dressed comfortably, as you will be laying down for the entirety of this journey. I recommend bringing a notepad to take notes, you may receive messages.
The entire space will be infused with Reiki healing energy. You are welcome to bring small items that you would like cleared, and or charged.
