Imagine, the waters of Elysium, A sanctuary where the gods and goddess would visit to replenish their essence.  The ancients are said to have had a place they would retreat to, pools and streams that could replenish their essence.  Waters or springs in these realms serve and symbols of emotional healing and cosmic alignment. They represent the flow of divine energy. 

Root to Rise is a full day, 12-hour retreat. The entirety of the day will be planned around each energy center in our being.  We will arrive at the root moving up through the energy centers or “Chakras” departing our day through the crown.
