My story begins with sensitivity — to people, to energy, to the world around me. I am Martina Fenech, a woman who has walked both the clinical halls of medicine and the quiet paths of ceremony. Since childhood, I’ve been attuned to worlds seen and unseen: playing piano at age six and learning from my grandmother, a mystic whose presence shaped my earliest memories. These seeds of music, intuition, and lineage grew into the foundation of everything I now create.

Since 2006, I have moved between hospitals, clinics, classrooms, and sacred circles learning how care, in all its forms, can transform lives. My work now weaves together the practical knowledge of healthcare with the intuitive wisdom of ancestral traditions, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My professional foundation began with my Ross externship at the University of Michigan Dermatology Clinics, where I was hired on and worked across complex medical and aesthetic subspecialties. I later expanded into neurology, gaining experience within highly specialized clinical environments. From there, I joined St. Joseph Mercy as a financial counselor, helping uninsured patients access charity care, while also working in medical billing and administration. These roles gave me a 360° understanding of the patient journey from navigating insurance, to the realities of access for those without resources, to the delicate experience of clinical care.

Alongside this clinical career, my spiritual path unfolded in parallel. From a childhood curiosity with stones, plants, and unseen energies, I grew into formal study of Reiki, vibrational sound therapy, yoga, reflexology, and herbal medicine rooted in my Appalachian, Maltese, and Greek ancestry. My sensitivity, once overwhelming became my strength, teaching me how to transmute energy, anchor presence, and create sacred spaces where others can reconnect to themselves.

Today, my work spans three interconnected realms:

  • Melodic Healings — private sessions, ceremonial experiences, sound sanctuaries, and herbal remedies designed to restore balance and vitality.

  • Med 1 Wellness Collective — where I am a founding member of a collaborative network of integrative practitioners offering curated, high-touch wellness and clinical services.

  • Road to Opportunity — a philanthropic workforce initiative breaking transportation barriers for healthcare students, helping them complete their training and step into meaningful careers.
