My story begins with sensitivity to people, to energy, and to the world around me. I have always felt life as vibration, a symphony of sound and sensation moving through all living things. Music was my first language and intuition my second. I began playing piano at six, learning how emotion moves through tone, and from my grandmother, a mystic and healer, I inherited the gift of deep listening.

My professional journey began in 2003 when I became a Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist, drawn to the transformative power of touch and the artistry of skin. What began as a love for beauty soon deepened into a reverence for the body as a sacred vessel. Over the next two decades I expanded my work into the medical field, completing my Ross externship at the University of Michigan Dermatology Clinics, where I was hired and trained across complex medical and aesthetic subspecialties. I later joined St. Joseph Mercy Health System, supporting both administrative and clinical operations while helping uninsured patients access care. These experiences grounded me in the real, human dimensions of healing, where compassion, access, and dignity are the truest forms of medicine.

Alongside this clinical and aesthetic foundation, my spiritual path unfolded in equal measure. I trained extensively in Reiki, vibrational sound therapy, reflexology, yoga, herbal medicine, and coaching, earning certifications as a Reiki Master Teacher, Vibrational Sound Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Coach. Rooted in my Appalachian, Maltese, and Greek ancestry, I serve as a Ceremonial Guide and Intuitive Channel, blending ancestral wisdom with modern therapeutic practice to create experiences that unify science and spirit.

In 2010 I founded Melodic Healings, a high-vibration wellness house and teaching collective offering energy medicine, intuitive coaching, sound therapy, sacred ceremony, and integrative aesthetic rituals designed to restore alignment and awaken the body’s innate intelligence. Through this work I have pioneered an approach that treats healing as both an art and a frequency, honoring the soul’s rhythm as much as the body’s design.

I am also a founding member of Med 1 Wellness Collective, a collaborative network that bridges medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and holistic therapies. Together, our team unites evidence-based care with integrative practices to nurture wellness from skin to soul.

Beyond my practice, I serve as Career Services Leader for Ross College’s Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program, where I mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals and champion pathways that connect education to purpose.

As Founder and CEO of ROW Foundation: Rise of Woman, I extend this mission into the world. ROW is dedicated to creating access, equity, and opportunity for women through education, leadership, and workforce development. Its flagship initiative, Road to Opportunity, provides transportation and support for healthcare students facing barriers to externship completion and employment. Through ROW, I continue to advocate for the empowerment of women, the dismantling of systemic barriers, and the redefinition of what community-driven success can look like.

For more than two decades I have worked at the crossroads of medicine, education, and energy, guiding individuals, students, and communities toward resilience, empowerment, and remembrance of who they truly are. My purpose is to build bridges between healthcare and humanity, between science and ceremony, and between the seen and unseen.

“Bridging earth and sky, science and spirit, in service of human dignity.”
