This weekly small group offering brings together guided breathwork with Katte and sound based nervous system support with Martina in a calm, intentionally held setting.
Each session is designed to support regulation, grounding, and reconnection through the combined use of breath, sound, and gentle body awareness. Katte guides accessible, body informed breathwork, while Martina weaves in sound to support settling, integration, and deeper listening within the body.
This is not forceful or high intensity breathwork. Sessions are paced with care and choice, allowing each participant to work within their own comfort and capacity. Sound is used as a supportive layer to help the nervous system soften and integrate the breath experience.
