This small group session combines guided breathwork with sound based nervous system support in a calm, intentionally held setting.
Katte leads accessible, body informed breathwork focused on regulation, grounding, and connection. Martina supports the session with sound to help the nervous system settle, soften, and integrate. This is not forceful or high intensity breathwork. Each session is paced with care, choice, and respect for individual comfort.
No prior experience with breathwork or sound is needed. Sessions are designed to be supportive, steady, and approachable.
